Q: How do I qualify for Free Shipping?
A: Orders qualify for the Free Shipping* offer when the sub-total amount purchased reaches a minimum of $99, in their respective currency. While most items purchased are eligible for Free Shipping, there may be some which are subject to an additional Handling fee due to either excess weight or oversized dimensions.

If an order total meets the minimum purchase amount but also contains items ineligible for Free Shipping, a shipping and handling fee will be charged according to the following scenarios:

1) If the total order amount of the eligible items is below the minimum purchase amount, a shipping and/or handling fee will be applied towards the entire order.

2) If the total order amount of the eligible items is at or above the minimum purchase amount, a shipping and/or handling fee will be applied towards the ineligible items only.

Our Free Shipping offer applies only to single orders. Combining multiple orders to reach the Free Shipping minimum purchase amount is not allowed, and requests to combine orders for this purpose will not be entertained.

If items are cancelled from an order and the order total falls below the minimum purchase amount for Free Shipping, then a shipping and handling fee will be applied to the remaining items without prior notice. If Tristargym.com is responsible for item cancellation due to stock issues, then the Free Shipping offer will still apply.

Changing your shipping address and shipping options may affect your eligibility for our Free Shipping offer.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Tristargym.com thrives on it's ultra-fast shipping service. Any and all items that are marked 'In-Stock' on our web site are guaranteed to ship within two business days from the time your order is processed and verified. The processing and verification procedure is generally done within 12 hours of us receiving your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail notification with the tracking number.
Q: How Do I Track My Shipment?
A: You may track your package by linking to the website of the carrier (e.g. UPS, Purolator, CanadaPost, USPS) and using its tracking number.

To confirm carrier and tracking number, simply go to "My Account" at the the top of any Tristargym.com web page and sign in. Once logged in, you will be viewing a line-by-line list of individual orders that you have placed with our company. Select your most recent order and the tracking details will be available at the very bottom. You can then click on the tracking number to view realtime results on the carriers web site.
Q: What If I'm Not Available to Receive My Order?
A: If you are not available to receive your order, the carrier will attempt to re-deliver the package on the next business day. They will also leave a card on your door which will have the tracking number of the package along with the date/time the driver stopped by. In the event you will not be available to accept the re-delivery. you are free to contact the carrier to request a 'Hold for Pickup' at their nearest sortation facility. The carrier will accept to keep the package for a maximum of 7 to 10 business days prior to returning it back to us.

If your order is shipped to a Post Office Box address, the carrier (CanadaPost or USPS) will hold the package at your nearest post office.
Q: Do You Ship to APO Addresses?
A: Yes, most items which weigh under 30 lbs (gross weight) are eligible for shipping to an APO/FPO address. Orders are dispatched by USPS for shipping such items.

Please be advised that in-transit times for shipping to APO/FPO addresses may be slightly longer than usual. Unfortunately these are controlled by the carrier only.
